About Kelly

Kelly Egan provides warm, affirming, and compassionate therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and relationship stress. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for everyday life.


Kelly believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and free from judgment. She creates a safe and emotionally attuned environment where clients can openly process their experiences, explore emotional patterns with curiosity and compassion, and build greater confidence in navigating both their inner world and relationships. Her goal is to help clients feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in their daily lives.


Kelly works with adults and young adults through a person-centered and relational approach that honors each client’s unique identity, experiences, and pace of growth.
