Jesse Sweigert-Ross
LMSW
Jesse is an affirming, relational, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with
LGBTQIA+ individuals, polyamorous relationships, and those navigating the world of kink. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and experience in LGBTQ-affirming care, Jesse is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and life experiences authentically.
Jesse’s approach is rooted in queer theory, feminist theory, and liberation psychology,
embracing the idea that personal well-being cannot be separated from the larger social and
cultural contexts in which we live. They understand that each client brings a rich, unique story shaped by systems of power, oppression, and resistance.
Jesse integrates Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, along with other trauma-informed modalities. They believe in honoring the inherent wisdom each client holds about their own life while collaboratively unpacking internalized narratives and fostering self-compassion.
Whether you’re seeking support for identity exploration, relationship dynamics, trauma, or simply a space to feel seen and heard, Jesse is here to walk alongside you. Their practice is grounded in radical acceptance, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s journey and would be honored to support you on your own journey.
Jesse is accepting virtual clients only at this time. Contact them by phone or email to schedule a phone consult today.
