Anxiety, Grief & Life Transition Therapy in Cumming, GA
Life can be beautiful and complicated—and sometimes it feels plain hard. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or a season of change, you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I’m Jenny Meaden, a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I see clients in person at Reflections Counseling & Coaching’s Cumming office and provide online therapy throughout Georgia. I have a particular passion for helping women feel more grounded, understand themselves, and move forward with greater confidence.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
The relationship we build is an important part of therapy. I aim to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. My style is warm and empathetic, while also making room for honest reflection and growth.
Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and find practical ways to respond to life’s challenges. We’ll start wherever you are and work toward the goals that matter to you.
Areas I Can Help With
Anxiety and feeling overwhelmed
Depression and low mood
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and confidence
Relationship difficulties
Life transitions and periods of change
My Approach to Counseling
No two people come to therapy with the same experiences or needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches. We’ll work together to find what feels useful and meaningful for you.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Georgia College & State University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone entirely different. It’s about understanding who you are, recognizing what you need, and finding the courage to grow. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you.
