About Grace
Grace is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who provides telehealth and in-person counseling services to clients located in Georgia. Grace works with adults (18+) and offers an understanding and compassionate approach. Grace earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. Grace has experience with working for a community mental health agency with a wide variety of clients and at a substance use rehabilitation program working with women in recovery.Â

Grace's work is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Grace uses evidence-based techniques and practices to support her clients and to help them reach their goals. Through an empathetic and non-judgmental lens, Grace helps clients:
--identify irrational thoughts or beliefs that negatively impact the client's wellbeingÂ
--heal from traumatic situations, events, or relationshipsÂ
--learn how to break free from substance use patterns and habits
