Chloie Eberhard
MS, APC, NCC
Therapist | Anxiety, Trauma & Life Transitions, Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adults
Georgia & Telehealth
Chloie Eberhard is a therapist who helps individuals reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and intention. She provides a supportive, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.
Many of the clients Chloie works with feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves—even when things may appear “fine” on the outside. Others feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or uncertain about how to move forward. Through therapy, clients are able to slow down, gain insight, and begin creating meaningful change in their lives.
Chloie works with adolescents, young adults, and adults throughout Georgia via secure telehealth counseling. She supports individuals experiencing:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and emotional overwhelm
Trauma and past experiences that continue to impact daily life
Life transitions and personal growth challenges
Self-esteem and identity concerns
Relationship patterns and interpersonal difficulties
Some clients come to therapy seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, while others are looking to better understand themselves—how they think, feel, relate to others, and move through the world. No matter the reason someone begins therapy, Chloie believes every client deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood.
Life naturally brings seasons of growth, change, and uncertainty. While we cannot eliminate life’s stressors, therapy can help individuals develop greater awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves. Chloie believes therapy is not about eliminating discomfort, but about learning how to move through life with intention, self-compassion, and clarity.
Therapeutic Approach
Chloie takes an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual. Her work draws from several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Narrative Therapy
Reality Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
She also incorporates mindfulness-based techniques, such as meditation, body awareness practices, and nervous system regulation tools that support the mind–body connection. This holistic approach helps clients develop practical coping skills while also gaining deeper self-understanding.
Chloie views therapy as a collaborative process where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and compassion. Her goal is to help individuals strengthen their sense of self, build emotional resilience, and develop tools that support long-term well-being.
Education and Supervision
Chloie currently practices under the clinical supervision of Laura Wagar, MS, LPC, CPCS, NCC, RRT-CP, CES1, and remains committed to ongoing professional development and providing ethical, high-quality care to the clients she serves.
