I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. As human beings, we naturally seek
connection and understanding, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly
heard. Virtually, I focus on supporting teens, college students, and young adults across
Georgia as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationships,
self-esteem, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and identity exploration.
A central theme in my work is resilience. Life is full of pressures and transitions in
school, dating, family, friendships, and the shift toward independence. While challenges
are inevitable, I believe in helping clients not only cope but also grow stronger through
them. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build tools that fit
your life, and find ways to thrive even in difficult seasons.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness,
and I often incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves
and their experiences. I also draw from psychodynamic theory to explore patterns,
relationships, and deeper aspects of the self. I connect well with young people and aim
to work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. I have a special passion for helping
young adults navigate the transition to independence, build confidence, and develop
trust in themselves.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2023
and my Master of Social Work from UGA in 2025. Outside of sessions, I love yoga,
concerts, antique shopping, trivia nights, and spending time with my family and two
dogs.
