Life comes with challenges, but navigating them doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll tap into your natural strengths to foster growth and healing. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, or stress, I’m here to offer support and coping skills to help you move forward.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College before completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Georgia. During my time at UGA, I focused on supporting adults through grief, a subject that is close to my heart. I am passionate about providing a safe space for those coping with loss, illness, divorce, or major life transitions—especially those who may not have the support they deserve.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and parts work. I also take a holistic, mind-body approach to healing, incorporating relaxation techniques into sessions.
Outside of my work, I enjoy crocheting, watching documentaries, baking, and reading. Life at home is always lively, as I share it with my husband, children, and cats!
