About Laura
Laura Goldstein is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating grief, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. Laura believes that while life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, healing and growth are possible when therapy builds upon each person’s natural strengths and resilience.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College and her Master of Social Work from University of Georgia. During her graduate training, she focused on supporting adults through grief—an area of clinical work that remains close to her heart.

Parts Work to explore inner experiences with curiosity and compassion
Relaxation and mind-body techniques to support nervous system regulation and emotional grounding
Laura takes a holistic approach to healing, recognizing the connection between mind and body while providing practical tools clients can use both in and outside of sessions.
