What Clients Can Expect
Karla understands how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. That understanding shapes how she shows up as a therapist—genuine, empathetic, and collaborative. Her work centers on helping clients:
Build coping skills and emotional regulation
Increase self-awareness and self-compassion
Explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment
Strengthen resilience and emotional balance
Develop greater clarity and hope moving forward
Change and healing are possible—and clients do not have to navigate the process alone.
