Trish Bellante is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples through complex emotional and relational challenges. She began her clinical career working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness through the County of San Diego, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed and systems-based care.
Now in private practice, Trish provides thoughtful, individualized therapy grounded in compassion, clinical depth, and evidence-based practice. Her work emphasizes emotional safety, resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change.
