Megan O'Brien

Megan O'Brien is a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Megan has been working in mental health for the past 30 years. Megan received her Masters of Counseling from Dominican University of California in 2009. Megan has worked with clients suffering from Schizophrenia, MDD, GAD and self esteem issues. For the past 12 years, Megan has specifically worked in grief healing. She believes the pain of grief needs to be healed within in order to move toward healing. She started her grief coaching business on Facebook, Embrace Life Again, in 2020 supporting grievers online through weekly lives and masterclasses.
