Living with anxiety, depression, or ADHD can feel overwhelming—whether you are navigating it personally as an adult or supporting a child who is struggling at home or school. ADHD often impacts focus, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem, and without the right support, families and individuals can feel stuck in cycles of frustration and burnout. Therapy offers practical tools, clarity, and hope for meaningful change.
Drew Cleary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in ADHD across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Drew also partners closely with parents to help them better understand ADHD and implement effective strategies at home and school.
Drew takes a structured, skills-based, and collaborative approach to therapy, frequently integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-informed ADHD interventions. His work focuses on building practical skills such as organization, time management, emotional regulation, and communication—helping clients and families see progress beyond the therapy room.
