My Story

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate life transitions and challenges, create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships, and achieve their personal goals. I provide a warm and safe environment (incorporating humor when appropriate) where I use approaches and techniques such as play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction to equip clients with tools to create positive change and find meaning in their lives.
